As a Traders' Assistant, you will be reporting to the Director Group Administration & HR and will be part of our journey, supporting Kolmar’s Administration team and providing support to our traders. If you are passionate about Administration, enjoy working with diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
Your tasks:

- Support our Traders' Assistants and Traders in their daily tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements including visa applications, hotel bookings, airport transfers, according to our corporate guidelines
- Help to organize events, customer visits and business meetings worldwide
- Handle daily correspondence in English and keep calendars and agendas up to date
- Answer incoming calls, forwarding and organizing conference calls
- Take care of expense reports, check and ensure that charges are correct
- Support the department with various administrative tasks, ad hoc projects and act as deputy for other team members
